Shipping Policy

Shimmering Fire offers shipping to all Canadian provinces and all US states. We aim to offer the best customer experience. We provide trackable and secure shipping; you will never have to worry about your precious jewelry.

 

Duties and taxes

We are pleased to announce that you will not be charged any duties. Customers withing Canada will be charges sales tax based on their shipping address. For US customers there will be no duties or taxes that will need to be paid. Once you check out you don’t need to worry about any additional cost.

 

Order Processing

All orders will be processed withing 1-3 business days, orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. To speed up the ordering processing time it is recommended to have the credit card and delivery address be the match.

 

Shipping

All in stock items will be shipped out the following business day after the order has been processed. Custom orders can take up to 15 days depending on the order. You will be able to see the estimated shipping date before adding the jewelry into your shopping cart.

Canadian orders will be shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost, you can expect to receive your order withing 3-6 business days after the order has been processed.

US orders will be shipped by FEDEX, you can expect to receive your order withing 2-5 business days after your order has been processed.

All orders over $500 (USD) will include free shipping in Canada & the US. Canadian orders under $500 will have a flat fee of $35 and US orders will have a flat fee of $25.

We require all orders to be shipped to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to PO box addresses

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order using the following link and putting in your tracking number.
